Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Cleverpilot, provided by Cleverpilot Analytics. By creating an account you agree to them.

Your account

You are responsible for your account, keeping your password safe, and everything done under it. You must provide an accurate email address and be allowed to install analytics on the websites you add.

Acceptable use

Don't use Cleverpilot to track sites you don't control, to collect personal data through custom event properties, to overload or reverse-engineer the service, or for anything unlawful.

Plans, trials and billing

• New accounts get a 14-day trial of Pro. Afterwards the account continues on the Free plan unless you upgrade.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until cancelled; you can cancel anytime from the billing page and keep access until the end of the paid period.
• Each plan includes a monthly event quota (Free: 10,000; Pro: 1,000,000). Events beyond the quota may not be recorded.

Your data

You own your analytics data. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy. You can export or delete it at any time.

Availability

We work hard to keep Cleverpilot fast and available, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties. We may change features over time and will give reasonable notice of material changes.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Termination

You can close your account anytime. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. After closure, your data is deleted.
